Biography
Sarah has been a valued contributor to Sun Coast Partners Commercial since 2009, with a focus on property management. She’s held her NC Real Estate Broker license since 2004, which allows her to provide client services beyond the scope of other unlicensed staff. Sarah is a self-described Type A individual which is the perfect mindset to manage other people’s property – attention to detail is critical when a client entrusts their investments with us. She brings with her residential and commercial property management experience from her years with both Charlotte and Wilmington developers.
Sarah attended the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill, and began her career in the world of advertising/marketing.
She has lived in several cities and towns around the country, as her husband was a Marine aviator (retired) and is now a commercial pilot. Since 2007, they’ve been settled in Wilmington (mostly) and have two young daughters. Sarah enjoys Wilmington’s beaches, waterfront, and extensive foodie scene. She gives back to the community by providing support to Nourish NC and the Food Bank of Central & Eastern NC.
