Biography
Ozzie comes to CBCSCP will a long career in property maintenance spanning many years, many properties, and many disciplines. Over the decades he has become proficient in plumbing, heating/cooling, general electrical and all manner of fixing stuff. Along with Paul Benton, they make a reliable and effective maintenance team that serves our property management clients at the highest level.
Ozzie frequently donates his time with a local prison outreach organization, is a life-long fan of NASCAR and is just an all-around nice guy!
