Biography
Nikki Morarie joined the Sun Coast Partners Commercial team in the spring of 2022. Originally from northern Virginia, as a child, she spent her summers vacationing in the Outer Banks with family and friends and was delighted when she and her family moved to Wilmington in 2006. After finishing her high school education at Ashley High School, she participated in Dartmouth College’s Creative Writing program under the tutelage of author Tom Hyman, and from there she moved on to a career in customer service.
In 2015 Nikki began working in the financial industry at PNC Bank, where she became a member of the region’s top-producing business banking team. Her background in customer service and finances has served her well as a receptionist at Sun Coast Partners Commercial , where she offers market insights and research assistance to the team.
Outside of work, Nikki and her husband Tyler enjoy taking their two pit bull-chihuahua mixes, Higgins and Theodora, on long walks to chase invisible squirrels and allowing their rescued cat, Zuko, to assist them in renovating their home in Leland, NC.
