Biography
Hannah Carty joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in Fall of 2021 as part of the
Property Management Division. As a North Carolina native, Hannah has frequented Wilmington NC all
her life. She officially made the move to Wilmington in 2020 and has loved living at the beach. She
graduated with her Biochemistry degree from The University of North Carolina at Greensboro in 2019.
Hannah worked in Residential Property Management for over 6 years and decided it was time to
transition into the world of Commercial Real Estate. She is working towards her NC Real Estate license
and plans to dive right into the Commercial Real Estate business.
Outside of working, Hannah loves to be active by running on the beach with her husband, playing sports,
and of course, entertaining her overly spoiled dogs, Oakley and Sebastian.
