Biography
Carrie Dezio, a Wilmington native, joined Sun Coast Partners Commercial in 2011. With over 20 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate, she oversees the day-to-day functions of the office, as well as providing research, marketing, and administrative support for the brokers. In 2016, Carrie was named Office Contributor of the Year for propelling sales and marketing production, recruiting and retention efforts, and being a leader as well as a mentor in the eyes of the professionals she engages with daily. She is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from East Carolina University.
Outside of work, Carrie is a loving dog mom to her Brittany Spaniel, Bailey, and serves as a foster mom for the National Brittany Rescue and Adoption Network – and because she is a true dog lover, she also provides pet-sitting services. Carrie is involved with her neighborhood as the president of her HOA and offers services as a notary public when she isn’t out enjoying the southern sunshine.
