Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners Recognized As #1 Commercial Office In North Carolina And Obtained Top 15 Commercial Elite Status Globally For 2021
Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners has been named the 2021 #1 Commercial Office in North Carolina for Coldwell Banker Commercial®. This marks the eleventh year the office has earned the distinguished award. Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners was the number one office in North Carolina in 2008, 2012, and every year from 2014 to 2022.
CBC Sun Coast Partners also was ranked in the Top 15 Commercial Firms Globally for 2021 and received Commercial Elite Status.
Mark Johnson, EVP/Sales Manager said, “These rankings mean a lot – especially considering the fact that the Wilmington market is a fraction the size of other primary and secondary markets with 10-20x the Wilmington MSA population. And that we’ve been able to maintain this performance for most of our 16-year history makes it all the more impressive. We’re very proud of our entire brokerage team.”
As the Commercial Real Estate market continued to perform at record levels in 2021, finding properties for clients was very challenging. Sourcing unlisted properties is extremely time-consuming, and there’s no guarantee of a fee after all that hard work. But when inventory levels are as low as they are, finding deals for clients is all-consuming. The market is still flush with cash, and that cash has to find a home. It’s the commercial broker’s job to find it.
In addition to the successes of the firm, several individuals were also recognized within the Circle Of Distinction Awards. This honor is bestowed upon the top-ranking producers among all CBC-affiliated professionals based on their transaction revenue for 2021.
Don Harley – Circle of Distinction Platinum. This is the first time a broker from Wilmington has ever been awarded this Platinum level.
Cody Cress, Tyler Pegg, and Grayson Powell were awarded Circle of Distinction Gold.
Janet Rose, Allan Fox, Glenn Imboden, and Jim Teachey were all awarded Circle of Distinction Bronze.
