Biography
Teresa brings over 20 years of experience to SCP in the medical field, including medical consulting, practice development, and practice management. Her brokerage experience in aggressively pursuing commercial properties for investment purposes, medical facilities, and office development partnered with her strong belief in the importance of customer service and the ability to listen to her clients and achieve their goals, has made her an invaluable asset to Sun Coast Partners Commercial. Teresa owns and manages several properties giving her an insight on the challenges faced by both Tenants and Landlords. She understands the importance of location, visibility, cost outside of rents/mortgages, and modifications that can make or break a business.
Teresa received a bachelor’s degree in Occupational Therapy from East Carolina University and furthers her education through medical and real estate continuing education as well as pursuing her MBA. In addition to being a dedicated member of Pine Valley United Methodist Church, Teresa serves as an advisory board member for UNCW Swain Center, CFCC Foundation Board, GLOW, NC Board, and works closely with the Cape Fear Literacy Council’s ongoing building improvements.
