Biography
Scott Serkin joined Sun Coast Partners in 2023 and is a member of the National Association of REALTORS and Cape Fear REALTORS. Focusing on general brokerage and leasing, he is committed to providing helpful insight and outstanding service in his transactions. He has a keen interest in regional history, especially as it relates to Wilmington’s buildings and architecture.
Prior to entering commercial real estate, Scott spent 20 years serving as a commissioned officer on active duty in the United States Air Force. He was an instructor on multiple aircraft and flew combat missions during Operations ENDURING FREEDOM and INHERENT RESOLVE. His international assignments and deployments took him to many countries around the world, giving him a unique perspective when it comes to interpersonal relationships. He is a graduate of the University of Central Florida and Gonzaga University, holding degrees in Communication and Leadership.
