Biography
Hank joined Sun Coast Partners in 2004 and was elevated to Vice-President in 2012. He has received multiple awards to recognize his achievements as a top commercial broker in our area and across the state. Hank was also named the Commercial Member of the Year for the Commercial Alliance of Southeast North Carolina. Hank is a licensed real estate broker with extensive executive management experience throughout North America.
He has over 30 years of sales and marketing experience in logistics, warehousing and transportation. Hank has in-depth knowledge of various markets and industries due to numerous job assignments throughout the Midwest and Southeast. Hank is a native of North Carolina and earned a BA in Business from Catawba College. To better understand client needs, changing markets and industry expectations, Hank has continued to grow through additional executive education in finance and accounting at the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania; Sales and Marketing strategies, University of Virginia; Changing Markets, University of Michigan; Leadership and Project Management, Case Western Reserve University.
He currently serves, or has served in the past, on various local Boards: UBS Financial Services Customer Advisory Board, President Elect for Cape Fear Realtors Association, UNCW Board of Visitors, New Hanover County Citizens Advisory Board, WAVE Transit Cape Fear Public Transportation Authority as Vice-Chairman of Planning Committee, President RCASENC Wilmington Regional Association of Realtors, Porters Neck Country Club Board of Trustees, and New Hanover County Zoning Board of Adjustments as Vice Chair. Hank lives in Porter’s Neck with his wife, and enjoys golfing, tennis, water activities and travel.
