Biography
Glenn joined SCP in 2015 after working with a longtime associate, Don Harley, at Harley & Associates from November 2012 to 2015 when Harley & Associates merged with Sun Coast Partners. Since joining SCP, Glenn has successfully closed some of the largest land acquisitions in the company’s history. In 2023, Glenn earned the title of Vice President for repeatedly showing exceptional yearly sales performance. Glenn’s technical background and analytical skills to date have proven to be an excellent match with the commercial real estate industry.
Glenn attended NC State and upon graduation, he spent the next 20 years in the lady’s hosiery industry, initially in the research and development field where he served as the director of R&D for multiple companies, and later transitioning into a sales executive calling on national accounts. In 2005, he founded his own sales and management consulting firm and for the next seven years, he was contracted exclusively to manage and direct a regional facilities maintenance company based in Hickory, NC. Glenn is originally from Burlington, NC, and now resides in Surf City, NC with his wife.
