Biography
Allan joined Sun Coast Partners in 2014 with a plan to leverage his extensive network in Wilmington. Since then, he has successfully closed some of the largest land acquisitions in the company’s history. In 2023, Allan earned the title of Vice President for repeatedly showing exceptional yearly sales performance. His specialties also include retail and office with expertise in both leasing and sales. Allan is a Wilmington native and after graduating from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington’s Cameron School of Business, he worked in the banking industry for several years and then spent nine years as Vice President of Sales and Operations for a local transportation broker. Over the years, Allan has served on several boards, including Wilmington Downtown Inc (WDI), and the Realtors Commercial Alliance (RCA). In his free time, Allan enjoys boating, golfing, and coaching baseball.
