1,000+ acres sold in southern Pender County
Sun Coast Partners Commercial brokers Allan Fox and Glenn Imboden were recently involved in the sale of more than 1,000 acres in southern Pender County, as spotlighted by the Wilmington Business Journal.
The real estate market in Pender County is thriving more than ever, thanks to the growth of the Porter's Neck and Scotts Hill areas and inclusion in the Topsail School District.
Imboden and Fox have partnered with local land owners, including Wilmington-based Trask, to release lots with a long-term approach. These deals have included a $5.8 million, 612 acre-deal on Island Creek Road and a $6 million, 411-acre deal on Sidbury Road.
Upcoming purchases could include a large master-planned development.
