Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast Hires Manita McLaughlin as Front Desk Assistant

Wilmington, NC – Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast recently hired Manita McLaughlin as Front Desk Assistant. In this position, she manages all front desk responsibilities and a variety of administrative functions. She also assists with the input and maintenance of the firm’s commercial property listings in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and dotloop systems.

McLaughlin brings more than 30 years of experience in office administration to Coldwell Banker Commercial SunCoast. Prior to joining SunCoast, she worked in the corporate health division of Medac Urgent Care and was responsible for patient check-in, bookkeeping and insurance processing. She also worked in banking for many years and honed her customer service skills as Head Teller at First Citizens Bank’s downtown Wilmington branch.

McLaughlin is a native of Winston-Salem, NC and has lived in Wilmington, NC since 1970. When she is not working, McLaughlin enjoys spending time with her grandchildren and volunteering with her church.
