WILMINGTON, NC – Cody Cress and Tyler Pegg of The Cress Group with Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners, recently negotiated the sale of two office buildings at 1011 and 1013 Ashes Drive in Wilmington, NC to MegaCorp Logistics for $7.4 million. The adjacent office buildings are located across from Mayfaire Town Center just off of Military Cutoff Road in Wilmington. 1011 and 1013 Ashes Drive are both 2-story Class-A office buildings and offer 30,595 and 16,800 square feet respectively.
Cress and Pegg negotiated the sale of the two buildings on behalf of property owner First Capital Group, an investment accelerator that specializes in multi-million-dollar, new-business launches. Spruill Thompson of Cape Fear Commercial represented MegaCorp Logistics. Headquartered in Wilmington, NC, MegaCorp Logistics is a freight and logistics firm that specializes in full truckload shipments (dry van, refrigerated, flat bed, intermodal, etc.) and less-than-truckload shipments throughout the US, Canada and Mexico.
