Carolina Beach Boardwalk Retail Units Fully Leased

Just in time for the busy summer season, the recently renovated units located at 11 Pavilion Avenue South on the Carolina Beach Boardwalk, have been fully leased. The former bumper car track was converted into three retail units, with two units being occupied by Find Your Paradise. Mike Reinhart, one of the owners/operators, said “the locals and the vendors in the area have been very welcoming.” His screen-printing company in Asheville had been searching for a retail location and found the coastal lifestyle of Carolina Beach fit their needs and wants perfectly. The boardwalk location offers original design t-shirts from their Asheville screen printing company, resort wear, jewelry, sunglasses, and various high-end retail products, specializing in Jimmy Buffet & Margaritaville merchandise. Bike, beach chairs, umbrella rentals and sales are also available at the store that has been open since May 1st.

The final space of the Carolina Beach Boardwalk units will be occupied by JuSea, a shop offering smoothies, fruit juices, acai bowls and various other organic, healthy snack items. Everything made in their location will be Gluten Free and Dairy Free, with locally sourced honey, bee pollen and hemp proteins as supplements for the smoothies, acai bowls and fruit juices. Renee Edwards, the owner, is planning on being open in time for Memorial Day weekend.

Additionally, The Cross Eyed Crab Bar & Grill, will be occupying the former See Bee Subs unit located oceanside, at 11 Boardwalk Avenue. Karla Slocum is aiming for the new restaurant to be open by June 1st to take advantage of the summer traffic on the popular, award winning Carolina Beach Boardwalk.

Allan Fox and Don Harley, of Sun Coast Partners, represented the owner Boardwalk Landing LLC, in all of the transactions.
