Sam has been immersed in the world of real estate for over a decade. While still in the Poole College of Management at North Carolina State University, Sam purchased his first rental property which ignited his passion for commercial and investment real estate. Since then, Sam graduated from North Carolina State with a degree in finance and began his real estate education in commercial real estate appraisal. During the following seven years Sam worked hard to learn appraisal profession. He became a founding partner in a large regional appraisal firm which performs hundreds of commercial appraisals annually. Sam continues to buy, renovate, sell and/or rent investment real estate as opportunities arise in various markets throughout eastern North Carolina.
This real estate knowledge base formed through years of valuation work and investment management has provided Sam a sound foundation to act as a commercial real estate advisor. Sam’s specialties include land development, general acquisition and disposition and multi-family housing.
Tyler, a native of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, attended the College of Charleston in South Carolina as well as the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. He has a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Cameron School of Business and he was employed with the University both before and after graduating. He earned his NC and SC Real Estate License in 2006 and started his career with Coldwell Banker Commercial SCP in 2007. In 2012 he co-founded The CRESS Group which operates under CBC. Tyler serves on the Board of Directors for Wilmington Downtown Inc., The Realtor's Commercial Alliance of Southeastern NC as well as the Wilmington Foundation of Realtor's.

Grayson Powell has been a partner with Coldwell Banker SunCoast since 2005. His 28 years of successful commercial real estate development experience, beginning in Atlanta, Georgia, includes expertise in investments, leasing and property management.
The Whiteville native is a 1984 graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel-Hill and has been an active member of his community including serving on the Cape Fear Council Boy Scouts of America Executive Board. His commitment to the scouts and his community was recognized when the organization awarded him with the Boy Scouts of America Silver Beaver Award. An honor given to those who implement the Scouting program and perform community service through hard work, self sacrifice, dedication, and many years of service. He remains committed to his community by staying actively involved in Habitat for Humanity.
Grayson's family includes his wife Darlene and three children, Grayson, Charlie & Margaux.

Grayson (younger) is a graduate of the University of South Carolina and a Capstone Scholar; Charlie is attending Appalachian State University; Margaux is a rising seventh grader who keeps her father young by participating in violin & gymnastics.
