He specializes in advisory and disposition services, investment acquisitions, and development deals with an active property inventory database of over 500 properties. Erik personally brokered twelve closed transactions totaling over $10MM since Q4 2008, bucking the national trend. Erik is a Young Leader Member of the Urban Land Institute. He has an engineering degree from North Carolina State University, and is a licensed real estate broker in North Carolina and South Carolina. He resides in Wilmington, NC with his wife Robin and daughter Madeline.
