Fred Butler is a native of Wilmington, North Carolina and has developed lasting contacts with prominent business leaders in the community. He earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Davidson College in 1984 as well as Master’s in Business Administration from Wake Forest University in 1990.Fred enjoyed a very successful career in the medical device industry as a senior sales associate with Johnson & Johnson specializing in orthopedic joint replacement implants. More recently, he was a commercial broker with Borden Real Estate in Durham, NC, specializing in medical office sales and leasing including strategic tenant representation for Novant Medical Group.Fred’s diverse experience in sales and management has facilitated his performance with various property types and business entities. In addition, his background and experience translate well to his specific interest in medical office properties, and, thereby enable him to provide a comprehensive service for successful representation of his clients.Fred is a licensed North Carolina Real Estate Broker and Commercial Realtor. He is a member of the Realtors’ Commercial Alliance of Southeastern North Carolina as well as a candidate for the Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and member of its North Carolina-CCIM chapter.
