While in school I worked as a Broker’s Assistant for four years at Prudential CRES. I was responsible for locating information and helping to assemble large land tracks in South Eastern North Carolina for Investors and Developers. After completing my degree in Political Science/International Affairs at the University of North Carolina - Wilmington, I worked for Scott A Redinger Inc, a firm that specialized in the Senior Housing Sector of the Affordable Housing Market. I was responsible for projects in Virginia, North and South Carolina. From Site Selection, to Application for Funding to Construction Management and Lease up, I was involved in all areas of the project as Development Coordinator/Project Manager. After spending two years with Scott A. Redinger Inc, I transitioned back to Prudential CRES (August of 2008) as a full time broker. Prudential CRES merged with Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners in January 2009.
