Jim is a long time North Carolina resident who graduated from Elon College with a B.S. in Business Administration-Finance. He spent several years as a National Account Executive and Project Management Specialist for the Federal Systems Division of a large national /international corporation, managing Department of Defense and classified military contracts. He moved to Wilmington, over twenty years ago to take a position with a large regional commercial / industrial construction company where he focused on H.U.D. revitalization projects, hotel, apartment, industrial and office building projects. For the past sixteen years, Jim has utilized his development and construction experience for residential, commercial, and industrial projects from inception through completion, with specialization in medical facilities and stand alone projects. He has been an active North Carolina real estate broker for the past twenty years, and has extensive personal experience with real estate acquisitions and development. His strength is in raw land, from conception and design through permitting and development, as well as commercial investment properties, complimented by his twenty five years of experience as a licensed North Carolina, Unlimited Building Contractor. This development expertise insures that his clients receive advice and counsel based on profitable experience, not hunches or random market fluctuations. Jim resides in Wilmington, with his wife Tracy and their daughter, Kathryn.
