Garry brings to Coldwell Banker Commercial the ability to maximize strategic goals in a dynamic and fast-paced environment through quick decision-making, problem solving and highly developed communication and negotiation skills. He has extensive experience in land acquisition and commercial development.

After twenty-three successful years as President & CEO of a New York based national executive search firm Garry decided to pursue his passion in real estate. Global Data Services Inc had offices in NY, CA, NJ and IL. GDS specialized in Executive recruitment for High Technology Firms and its divisions consisted of Executive Search, Outsourcing, Consulting and Staff Augmentation. Garry’s responsibilities included General Management, Sales & Marketing, and responsibilities for negotiating multi-million dollar national contracts with companies such as IBM, NCR, Cap Gemini, Unisys, Compaq, KPMG and Ernst &Young.

Simultaneously Garry was President/CEO of GDS Property Management. He has grown the Property Management Firm over the last 16 years to be a multi-million dollar full service, property management company. While he built a portfolio of multi family apartment buildings, his focus and passion over the last several years has been in land development. Garry is currently pursuing his CCIM certification, Certified Commercial Investment Member. He has been salesman of the year three out of four years at Prudential CRES Commercial Real Estate in Wilmington, NC.

Garry was an enlisted officer in the United States Air Force/ Strategic Air Command’s combat support group. He attended Queens College and LIU where he studied Earth Science and Marketing. He is married to Bernadette who was a School Psychologist (retired) and a realtor in Wilmington and he has a son Nicholas who is also a Broker at Coldwell Banker Commercial; he graduated in 2007 from UNCW, majoring in Political Science & Law.

Garry enjoys golf, snow skiing, fishing, reading and his wife’s cooking.
