Grayson joined Coldwell Banker Commercial Sun Coast Partners, LLC in July of 2005 as its Principle Broker and Broker In Charge.
Grayson began his real estate career in Atlanta, GA with The Griffin Company as a sales and leasing agent in 1987. The Griffin Company developed some of the first office condominiums in Atlanta and sold buildings and individual spaces to both users and investors.
After relocating to Wilmington, NC in order to be close to his hometown of Whiteville, NC Grayson joined Landmark Commercial, Inc., a commercial development company, where he was eventually named president of the company. During his 12 + years at Landmark Commercial, Grayson managed between 600,000 to 700,000 square feet of commercial properties including office, retail, industrial, and medical facilities. He was involved in the site selection, acquisition and development of the properties owned by Landmark Commercial and its affiliates. He was responsible for the property development, design criteria, financial analysis, project feasibility studies, cost analysis, project budgeting, contractor selection and negotiations, lease negotiations, project management, property management, property income and expense budgets, planning for capital expenditures and financing negotiations. He also handled land and building sales in the industrial developments of the company and worked with the owners in the industrial park development process including the development of architectural standards, covenants and restrictions and analyzing the commercial markets.
He has lived in Wilmington, NC since 1991 and is actively involved in the community through Wilmington Industrial Development, The Chamber of Commerce and the Wilmington Board of Realtors.
