Tyler, born and raised in Chapel Hill, North Carolina, attended the College of Charleston in South Carolina for two years and then transferred to the University of North Carolina at Wilmington. At UNCW, Tyler worked for an outdoor enrichment program that promoted education and leadership to local area schools, business, and club organizations. He further earned a B.S. degree in Business Administration from the Cameron School of Business with a concentration in Marketing and Accounting. Following that experience, he worked for three years in outside sales for two companies with a national presence. During that time, he earned his Real Estate License with intentions of pursuing a career in Commercial Real Estate. Tyler is a member of the Realtors Land Institute (RLI) and the NC Certified Commercial Investment Membership (CCIM). He is currently working on earning his ALC and CCIM designations. Since Tyler’s induction into the Coldwell Banker Family in early January 2007, he has worked with land, office, industrial, mini-storage, investment and retail related properties. He is a resident of Wilmington’s Historic Downtown District where he has worked with members of Wilmington Downtown Inc. as well as with the Wilmington’s Industrial Development Team.
